     4/ Brewing Instructions

    🥤 Drip Coffee Brewing

    • Step      1: Rinse the filter and coffee cup with hot water.
    • Step      2: Add 25g of ground coffee to the filter (about 3 teaspoons).
    • Step      3: Place the filter on the cup, pour 30ml of hot water into the      filter, and wait for 2-3 minutes.
    • Step      4: Press the lid tightly and pour 50ml more hot water into the filter.
    • Step      5: Allow the coffee to drip slowly.
    • Step      6: Add sugar or ice if desired.

    🥤 Espresso Machine Brewing

    • Step      1: Use 9-13g of coffee for a single shot or 15-22g for a double shot.
    • Step      2: Flatten the coffee surface, then tamp with moderate pressure.
    • Step      3: Attach the portafilter to the machine and start the extraction.
    • Total      extraction time: 25-30 seconds
    • Extracted      volume: 30-35ml
