4/ Espresso Brewing Instructions

• Step 1: Use 9-13g of coffee for a single shot, and 15-22g for a double shot.
• Step 2: Flatten the coffee surface and tamp it with moderate pressure.
• Step 3: Attach the portafilter to the espresso machine and start the extraction.            
  • Extraction time: 25-30 seconds
