THE STORY ABOUT REAL BEAN COFFEE
"At the end of 2018, I returned to my hometown in the Central Highlands to implement the 'Real Bean' coffee season project, aimed at improving the lives of local farmers by producing high-quality coffee products. I noticed that agricultural products were still being sold at low prices, even though Vietnam is one of the largest coffee-producing countries. Through hands-on experience and research, I realized the importance of cultivation techniques and processing procedures in creating quality coffee products. I set a goal to enhance local farming techniques to foster a future in Central Highlands known for premium coffee beans.
When exploring and visiting organic coffee and specialty coffee regions both locally and abroad, I observed distinct differences in seed selection, soil choice, cultivation processes, care, processing, roasting, and more. The meticulous attention to detail in cultivation, care, processing, and roasting truly enhances the depth of flavor, full-bodied aroma, and value of each cup of coffee. Fortunately, I met with coffee experts and learned about specialty coffee-growing regions, which solidified my goal to improve cultivation techniques for local farmers, aiming for a future Central Highlands that produces premium-quality coffee beans."

The selection process at Real Bean Coffee begins with choosing robust and pure coffee varieties. Soil, climate, and seed type are essential factors that influence the bean's structure and flavor profile over time. Our coffee plants are grown in the ideal climate of the Central Highlands, with nutrient-rich basalt red soil.
Once harvested, coffee beans must meet specific criteria: they must be firm, fully ripened to a rich red color, smooth-skinned, and well-shaped. All coffee beans also undergo Cupping (coffee tasting techniques) following the standards of the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA).
